Experience required in following Tools:
Skills : Html (Dream Viewer), Internet Browsing and Emailing, Reasonably good English

Knowledge of promotions in Google, Yahoo, MSN necessary.
Good Communication skills and knowledge of HTML necessary Excellent understanding of SEO, PPC, Link building etc.
